We believe leadership development should be intentional, measurable and accessible.
Organisational Structure
The Influential Woman operates across four core pillars:
1. Leadership Development
The Influential Academy, masterclasses and structured coaching programmes designed to refine and strengthen leadership capacity.
2. Visibility & Campaigns
Curated campaigns and media platforms — including International Women’s Day initiatives and The Influential Woman: Offstage podcast — amplifying women’s voices and stories.
3. Access & Pathway
The Influential Pathway supporting women aged 18–30, alongside mentoring for migrant and asylum-seeking women.
4. Economic Empowerment
Financial literacy masterclasses and business support resulting in measurable outcomes, including new business formation and improved financial protection.
Directors & Oversight
The organisation is overseen by its Director(s), responsible for strategic direction, financial governance and safeguarding compliance. We maintain clear separation between programme delivery and financial oversight to ensure responsible stewardship of funds.
Safeguarding & Compliance
The Influential Woman is committed to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults, equality, diversity and inclusion, data protection and confidentiality, and ethical commissioning and partnership. We work with young people aged 16–25 and migrant communities and ensure appropriate safeguarding considerations are embedded within programme design.

Measurement & Accountability
We track engagement, behavioural outcomes and progression across our programmes. Our impact reporting includes attendance and direct engagement data, behavioural change indicators (e.g., financial protection uptake), business formation outcomes, youth work experience placements, and access programme participation. We are committed to strengthening our monitoring and evaluation systems as we scale.
Strategic Outlook (2026–2029)
Our next phase of growth includes expanding annual direct engagement to 300+ women, delivering funded Academy cohorts, scaling The Influential Pathway, strengthening corporate and institutional partnerships, and establishing a long-term leadership development hub. We are building infrastructure for women’s leadership — not just moments of inspiration.
