While our flagship experiences create powerful rooms, the Academy offers the depth and accountability where women are equipped, challenged and developed beyond inspiration.
As a cohort-based leadership programme, it provides practical frameworks, intentional stretch and community support for women ready to grow into greater influence.

The Influential Pathway is a funded mentorship experience for women aged 18–30, focused on building strong foundations in confidence, clarity and leadership capacity.
It exists to ensure that emerging leaders are not left to build alone - but are equipped, supported and prepared for long-term influence.
