I started The Influential Woman because I saw a pattern. Many capable women were working hard, leading teams, building businesses and carrying vision - but doing it in isolation.
They had ambition, but not always structured support.
They had responsibility, but not always access.
They had potential, but limited proximity to the right rooms.

I know this experience personally. Growing in public while still developing privately can be both powerful and lonely. I created The Influential Woman to change that.
